Ind-Aust Maritime Pvt. Ltd (IAM) is a professionally managed company, headquartered in Navi Mumbai and branches in Kochi and Port Blair, that provides power engineering related solutions.

We have extensive experience in operations of high value marine assets and delivers top notch services in ship management. The company is owned and operated by professionals with years of cumulative experience in the international and Indian business environment.

We at Ind-Aust believe in innovation, ethical business practices, and have years of sustained relationships with our clients and company personnel, the commitment to our clients backed by trained professionals and appropriate infrastructure.

Ind-Aust Maritime Group currently operates three businesses :
  1. Ship owning and operations
  2. Engineering services
  3. Manufacture and sale of compact generators

Our Vision


By FY2023, the IAM Group will achieve a commanding position in each of the market segments we operate in.
 
IAM will do this by expanding our current two business verticals (Shipping and Engineering Services) and by adding at least one more vertical in the next 12 months, and developing this into an industry leader.
 
We will focus on, through people, process and knowledge, becoming the regional benchmark in these verticals.

1995

Incorporated Ind-Aust as ship management company
1998

Sole authorized after sales service representative for Yanmar Co. Ltd., Japan
1999

Signed 20 years support agreement with Andaman & Nicobar Administration
2004

Managing Mercator's fleet of total 10 vessels which includes vessel inspection, acquisition, and running operations
2006

Started Castle Ships Pvt. Ltd. venture into ship owning
2007

Attained ISO certification
2012

Sole representative for Kawasaki's azimuth and side thrusters in India
2013

Completed installation and commissioning of more than 500 propulsion and large DG sets in India and abroad
2013

Started Yanmar Technical Training School
2014

Completed 180 ship-years without any breakdown
2014

Achieved leadership position in providing after sales service for marine power and propulsion systems
